Arbitrum One produces a block about every quarter second, so 20 confirmations take about 6 seconds.
Blocks come from the Arbitrum sequencer and are later posted to Ethereum. Chainhook reports transfers once they are 20 blocks deep on Arbitrum, which is the point most apps treat as confirmed.
Fees on Arbitrum are paid in ETH, but native ETH on Arbitrum is not detected yet. ERC-20 tokens, including WETH, are.
Arbitrum produces several blocks per second. Polling an RPC per address burns through rate limits, and log queries have to be paged without gaps. Chainhook scans each block once, waits 20 blocks, and pushes only your transfers.
